General MANAGER Meet Matt, our fantastic General Manager who ensures that every guest has a memorable experience.  From hosting lively events like quiz nights to overseeing the carvery station on Sundays, Matt’s guest-focused approach creates a welcoming atmosphere for all. When he’s not tending to our guests, you can find him spending quality time with his 9-month-old son and partner, enjoying  Disney films together or taking leisurely walks with his two beloved cocker spaniels.

Saul – HEAD CHEF Saul, our head chef, is a culinary genius who delights guests with his amazing food and warm hospitality.  He welcomes everyone at the carvery station with a friendly smile, ensuring a memorable dining experience.  Outside of work, Saul enjoys cycling and time with his family.
